Sicoob Leste Capixaba

Modern furniture in color and shape.

The Sicoob Leste Capixaba celebrates its 30 years of experience with the opening of a larger and more comfortable headquarters. The administrative unit is located in the Conceição neighborhood, in Linhares and has 1980m² of built area, distributed on 04 distinct and independent floors, where the Third Agency Sicoob, the Administrative Unit and an Auditorium will function.

In the architectural project, the architect Josiane Dalvi Alves follows a strong trend in bank branches, which is the reduction of the coldness that these corporate environments have, creating more human and welcoming places. For this reason, the project includes large spaces specifically for work and other well-differentiated spaces for socializing and waiting. “The furniture is modern in color and shape and provides users with comfort and well-being. It was specified with attention to performance and ergonomics standards” highlights Josiane.

The Administrative Unit, responsible for the Cooperative’s Management, occupies the entire first floor. With a very functional, flexible and integrated layout, it houses the rooms of the Presidency, of the directors, of the Board of Directors Meeting and other collaborators. The second floor, auditorium, is equipped to receive up to 180 people seated in a single, integrated or shared environment through an articulated partition where two events can take place simultaneously. “It is a place for training teams and developing new ideas. It has a large living space, post-meeting integration of large groups and is equipped with a gourmet kitchen that supports events”, emphasizes the architect. On this floor, the furniture is light, colorful, innovative and allows for flexible layout and different usage possibilities. It is also a space for contemplation and decompression for people to feel welcomed, in order to improve productivity and interaction.

The partnership was made possible through the resale of Casa Nova Móveis. “It is gratifying to have the opportunity to offer solutions so that professionals can materialize projects like this, which invite their users to a new experience, leading them to reframe their conceptions, as in this case those that are usually expected from the banking environment. This idea is expressed both in its innovative concept and in the careful look at the quality of materials for the comfort, safety and well-being of its employees and customers”, points out Jefferson Oliveira partner/owner of Casa Nova.

See how it turned out the spaces were with the Cavaletti Vélo, Flip, Connect, Spin, Spot and Collective lines that mix neutral and institutional colors of the cooperative, with cheerful ones providing a comfortable, relaxed and jovial environment.
