Rech

An office to boost people and business.

Rech is the largest company in parts for heavy and agricultural machinery in Brazil and in its franchise in Itajaí, it wanted to create integrated environments that would bring greater flexibility, including for future expansions. According to the architecture studio Ato 9 Arquitetura, responsible for the project, the objective was to create environments where hybrid work could be carried out.

“We create modern and integrated environments where different functions are developed. Spaces for face-to-face/virtual meetings, co-creation spaces, individual virtual meeting environments, laboratory for the development of new products and services. We also have a place for relaxation, as well as a terrace for integration and relaxation activities. In this format, the employee can alternate between face-to-face and home office activities”. To respond to this challenge, the choice was for Cavaletti seats, practical, easy to maintain, which responded to the demand for quality and design: Yon, Vélo, Duo, Go, Spin and Fun.

Another strong point was the humanization of the space with more cheerful colors, the generous use of green in the landscaping project and the acoustic and lighting comfort elements, which complete the internal visual aspect of the environments. For Cavaletti, Studio Office, “Rech’s work was planned using colors and the possibility of customizing the products made this project unique and captivating. Being able to take our principles of quality, ergonomics and commitment is a satisfaction for us.”

For the company Rech, “Cavaletti products went beyond expectations since the finishing of the pieces, materials used, color options and comfort provided to our team”, they point out
