New workspaces encourage collaborative culture

The dynamism and speed of information in the current scenario have brought several changes not only to the market, but also to office models and their physical aspects. The new headquarters of Paraná Banco Digital illustrates this new era of work environments, inspired by the most modern technology offices in the world, where the exchange of ideas and information is constant.

The place has a privileged view of Curitiba. The first initiative of the project was the demolition of the partitions to release the visuals, enabling the unification of the spaces with the beautiful view of the city. The removal of the walls resulted in two operational spaces, divided by a central core where meeting rooms and differentiated workspaces are concentrated. Thus, it becomes possible to hold meetings and training without directly interfering with daily work. The office setting sought to humanize the workspaces, creating areas of decompression and relaxation. The more laid-back tone, however, does not affect productivity at all, fostering creativity and interaction among employees.

According to Catherine Moro, “the office layout has a strategic role in business today because the way they are designed impacts the results presented by employees and their quality of life. Decompression spaces, quick meetings and flexibility in the workstations allow each employee to achieve their best every day”.

For the environments, chairs and sofas were chosen that have a young, dynamic and, at the same time, soft and clean design, harmoniously combining the project. Cavaletti met expectations with the Flip, Spot, Spin, Go and Talk models, adding aesthetics, functionality and comfort to users.
