Comfama e Day Trade Academy

Cavaletti is present in corporate projects in Colombia.

Conframa

Lightness, modernity and efficiency were the aspirations of this project by Comfama, at its headquarters in San Ignacio, which sought the comfort and well-being of employees. Created in 1954, through a voluntary pact between businessmen and unions, to improve the quality of life of the Colombian population, Comfama is a private, autonomous and social company, and also supervised by the State. It contributes to well-being and happiness, offering health services, education, employment credit, housing, recreation and culture, being considered one of the greatest innovations in social policies.

The project aimed to remodel the workspace and print a new image. Cavaletti’s products were chosen to integrate this project, meeting customer expectations with the Cavaletti Vélo model. According to dealer Elementos y Complementos, “the chairs were the final complement to a space that had already undergone multiple transformations. The project required sturdy, high-quality chairs, with an ergonomic component that would provide comfort and well-being to employees, but which, in turn, needed to be consistent with the company’s visual and aesthetic identity.”

Day Trade Academy

Another project carried out in Colombia was for the Day Trade Academy, a commercial training and investment education school. The objective was to break the traditional architecture of educational spaces, for something more modern and innovative. So the biggest challenge was finding a chair that could blend the colors of the client’s corporate identity without looking overdone in classrooms. Therefore, Cavaletti Vélo was chosen again. “We know that generally spaces dedicated to education need a mix of inspiring and welcoming colors. Undoubtedly, Cavaletti was our first choice, as it met the requirements of comfort, elegance and ergonomics, as well as a wide variety of colors, leaving the customer completely satisfied” highlights the architect Juan Carlos Franco.

Elementos y Complementos realized that Cavaletti’s product was different from the common offer, with a high standard of quality compared to that found in the local market, in addition to its good cost-benefit ratio and wide range of finishes. I can summarize this partnership in 3 words: good, broad and reliable. For 2018, Elementos y Complementos will seek to expand national coverage with the Cavaletti product throughout the country, owner Luis Javier Estrada.
